The tube amp takes the Wurlitzer sound to the next level and gives you more control over its sound while recording. It can sound warm and sweet with the stereo tremolo(not unlike the rhodes piano) and gives you the "bite" when you need it. We used a "tube amped" Wurlitzer all over Candy Dulfer's new album Candy Store.

One cool story: recently I was contacted by the Norah Jones crew about my customized wurlitzer. Norah did a showcase for the dutch television and they wanted to get the best wurlitzer in the country.
I was happy and proud to deliver mine at the TV studio.

Sorry for getting back to you so late, but i`ve been very busy?
Let me tell you my new experience with the Wurlitzer after fixing your Tube amp.
My Wurlitzer was a very good one and normally this work hadn`t to be done necessarily.
But after putting in the new amp it was an absolutely new experience playing the A200.

G R E A T  Work!!!

Now I can have some of both worlds?the hard direct Wurly Sound with or without stock Tremolo?AND
an amazing stereo tremolo in every speed I want.
This is truly a new Wurlitzer experience?and if you prefer everthing sounding stock?no problem.
Especially in the studio it is making fun because of its low noise.
