  1. No warranty on Tines, Reeds and Strings, as the life span of these parts is dependent on the state of the instruments they are in. More importantly, the life span of these parts is also dependent on the musician?s playing style (a very powerful attack, for example).
  2. No warranty on used parts and articles on sale.
  3. Any lost shipments without Tracking cannot be compensated for. Ask for insured shipment.
  4.  The results of our repairs and restorations / overhauls of your instruments can be checked in our workshop upon reclamation / picking up of the instruments. No warranty after reclamation of the instrument, as it might be damaged by transport and/or careless treatment of the instrument. If you encounter any problems with your instrument within 8 days after a repair / restoration, you can usually return it to our workshop, where we will solve the problem free of charge, excluding materials. These repairs will be executed in consultation with the client.
  5. When shipping pianos by order of a client, we cannot be held responsible for any damages due to transport. However, we can insure the shipment when asked to.
  6. Repairs on site, before concerts or important gigs, will be expertly executed with the utmost care. However, if anything goes wrong during the show, we cannot be held responsible in any way. There are a lot of unforeseen circumstances which can cause the instrument to malfunction - after all, it is usually more than 30 years old.
  7. When left with us for repair / overhaul, your piano is insured against the effects of theft and fire. If your instrument is lost due to theft or fire, a fitting compensation (as in: sum of money) will be paid by the insurance company. You will not receive a replacement piano.
  8. We will always strive to finish our repairs / restoration of your piano on the agreed date. If we cannot finish the job before the agreed date due to illness and the like, we cannot be held responsible for any damages following the delay.
  9. All the costs of a restoration / overhaul will be determined and agreed on beforehand. You will receive a refund or will have to pay less if the costs are less than expected. If the costs appear to exceed the sum agreed on beforehand, we will contact the client in the course of the restoration.
  10. All orders are to be paid in advance. You order will usually be shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment.
  11. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in deliveries. We are able to ship your order by express delivery / by courier service, for which we will have to charge extra.
